Parent Teacher Conferences (K-8)

To schedule a conference with a “specials” teacher, please reach out to them directly:

 

 

Preschool Parents:

    • 8:00-3:05 school days for our preschool students Monday-Thursday during Parent Teacher Conference week. Share N’ Care will be available from 3:05-5:30 each day. Hot lunch is not available so be sure to pack a lunch and snack for your child.

    • Friday, November 6th is a first-Friday noon dismissal day for preschool. Share N’ Care will be available from 12:00-5:30. NO hot lunch so be sure to pack a lunch and snack this day if your child is staying for Share N’ Care.

    • Conferences will be scheduled upon request with the preschool staff.

 

 

 

Grades K-6 Parent Teacher Conferences: 

Held Monday-Thursday. Noon dismissal for K-6 students M-F with Share N’ Care available 12:00-5:30.

Students in grades 1-6 attend the conference with their parents.

Kindergarten conferences are for parents only- kindergarten students DO NOT attend the conference.

    • Monday, November 2nd – noon dismissal – conference times 1:00-4:15

    • Tuesday, November 3rd – noon dismissal – conference times 1:00-4:15

    • Wednesday, November 4th – noon dismissal – conference times 1:00-4:15

    • Thursday, November 5th- noon dismissal – conference times 1:00-4:15

    • Friday, November 6th – noon dismissal – NO K-6 conferences this day – Faculty/Staff meeting (K-6)

 

 

Grades 7-8 Parent Teacher Conferences: 

Held Monday-Friday. NO SCHOOL on Monday 11/2 for students in 7th and 8th grade. Noon dismissal for 7th & 8th students Tues-Fri with Share N’ Care available 12:00-5:30.

Students in grades 7 and 8 attend the conference with their parents.

    • Monday, November 2nd – Students in 7th & 8th will work from home this day to allow teachers to conduct a full day of conferences – conference times 8:30-3:15

    • Tuesday, November 3rd – noon dismissal – conference times 12:45-4:15

    • Wednesday, November 4th – noon dismissal – conference times 12:45-4:15

    • Thursday, November 5th – noon dismissal – conference times 12:45-4:15

    • Friday, November 6th – noon dismissal – conference times 12:45-3:45

 

 

Friday, November 6th is a first-Friday noon dismissal day for all PK-8 students.

 

 

 

Please review the details below carefully:

  • Use the link in the blue box above to schedule your conference time(s)

  • Conferences are 15 minutes each and are required for all students.

  • On noon dismissal days, Share N’ Care will be open from 12:00–5:30 PM. Please remember to pack a lunch for your child, as hot lunch will not be available on half days.

  • Be sure to send your child to school with a snack for our morning break Mon-Fri

  • Afterschool Programs will NOT be held this week due to conferences
