AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS

offered in the Fall, beginning the week of September 21, 2026

Follow the vendor directions to REGISTER your child for the afterschool program. Please DO NOT PAY registration fees directly to the afterschool vendors. STA will bill you for the afterschool program registration fees via your FACTS Incidental Account. No action is required on your part in regard to the registration fees.

**NOTE: Parents must notify the afterschool program vendor by 12:30 PM on Monday, September 28th if they wish to withdraw their child. Registration fees will be non-refundable after 9/28/2026.

Please be patient on the first two session dates, as together STA/the program must verify student registration. STA would prefer students do NOT change clothes for an Afterschool Program. There is the potential for lost program time and lost uniform items.

• Remember, all K-8 students must go to our CARLINE DISMISSAL from 3:05-3:20 until picked up by a parent or carline ends. Students may not go to the bathrooms to change during this time unless they are accompanied by their parent.

• Due to SAFE ENVIRONMENT protocols, STA staff and program instructors may not assist any child with changing clothes. Parents are asked to come assist their child if they do prefer to have them change clothes.
